This course provides an in-depth understanding of the historical development of the building codes, the design requirements of chimney and fireplaces systems, operation & performance, and the industry standards for inspection. This course is designed for those at all levels of business. This course will provide the necessary information required for the remaining classes in the F.I.R.E. Series.

This course provides an in-depth understanding of the building codes and their true intent. Knowing this code is critical to the proper application and use of these heat producing systems. We will also be evaluating the five environments that can affect the operation of these systems and their true risk of fire and injury and the patterns of malfunction and misuse. This course is designed for those at all levels of business. This course will provide the necessary information required for the remaining classes in the F.I.R.E. Series.
